Les feuilles descendent profond\u00e9ment vers la base du pieds. Feuilles \u00e9paises et vert sombre.
\nLes feuilles (10 ou 20 \u00e0 75 cm de longueur) ont un limbe lacini\u00e9 ou oblong qui est lanc\u00e9ol\u00e9 et vert. L’Inflorescence a de 10 \u00e0 25 cm. de long et est d\u00e9pourvu de tube. Le limbe floral a normalement 75mm de long, il est enroul\u00e9 en spirale et ligul\u00e9 longitudinalement. Il est rouge pourpre, pliss\u00e9 obliquement et verruqueux \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur. C. spiralis est surtout une esp\u00e8ce \u00e9merg\u00e9e et ne constitue pas une v\u00e9ritable plante d’aquarium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
